Can you believe it?! It’s been 25 years since we graduated! Although time has certainly flown by, it cannot fade the memories that friends have made. The years we spent at AU gave us lifetime treasures of friendship that we keep locked deep within our souls. We all take different paths in life, but no matter where we go, our hearts feel warmth and fresh when we think back the moments we spent with our old friends. It is time again to unwind the bundle of rejoice with our friends and classmates. NI96 is an opportunity to exhilarate the unique experience walking back into our memory lanes and rejuvenate the mutual bonds of the old-beautiful days. Annamalai University, பேர கேட்டாலே சும்மா அதிருதுல்ல, is our alma mater, our temple of knowledge.
We started our journey at Annamalai in 1992.
We came from all parts of India – small and big towns alike, but with a singular focus to become an engineer.
We were unsure of what the journey would look like, but we were all ready to experience the adventure, that is Annamalai University.
Annamalai University taught us to dream big and gave us the confidence to pursue our dreams. We learned to live simply, stay curious, explore freely, live in the present, and realize that our diversity is our strength.
We evolved from novices interested in engineering to professional engineers ready to make a difference in our world. We obtained our wings to fly knowing that obstacles will arise but will not impede our dreams.
Annamalai taught us that we could survive anywhere in the world and achieve anything that we put our hearts and minds to.
Twenty Five years since we left our nest, each of us on a different trajectory chasing our aspirations.
We may be geographically dispersed across the world today, but our bonds of friendship are stronger than ever before.
Like the legions of illustrious alumni before us, we continue to make a difference in this world no matter our vocation.
We continue to march forward guided by our alma mater’s motto “With Courage and Faith”.
Our journey continues, but a piece of our heart and soul forever remains at Annamalai University.
